The book, "Potty Training In Less Than a Day" worked great for us. Of course we modified the program to fit each child, but the basic principles it teaches are great. I also think it helps to just completely ditch the diapers & pull-ups and go straight to the underwear. (Of course shopping trips, and bedtimes at first are exceptions) First couple days can be a bit rough, but they learn fast. Good luck! I'm glad I don't have to think about it again for almost a year, but you're soooo glad once it's done!
