Travels

We just got back last night from our journey and I thought that you would all like to know how it went.  IT WAS AMAZINGLY FUN!  I thought that Sarah would be cranky and tired most of the time, or disoriented, but she was so great and she really enjoyed every aspect of it all.  I am breaking this vacation recap into sections.  This one will be on the transportation that we had.  I bought our plane tickets out of Boise and saved $400, but we had to drive, so we drove to Boise on Friday and flew out on Saturday, I expected Sarah to be a mess, but nope, she loved it.  We played with the file folder games the first flight, slept the second and watched a movie the third.  I actually enjoyed all the stops because it allowed Sarah to get down and RUN!  We didn't rent a car, we stayed on Disney property, so they picked us up at the airport for free, and drove us around for free.   All in all we rode a plane, a train, a boat, a monorail, and a car.  So we didn't ride a motorcycle or a bike, but hey in one twenty four hour day we rode all of the ways I just mentioned.  Our flight to Boise was not my favorite, mostly because it left at 6 in the morning and Disney had us at the airport at 3:35 AM!  Sarah slept on every flight for most of the time, which was great, but because we had short connections and our flights were all a little behind schedule, we didn't get to buy any food or water, which made us all a little cranky.  Also we flew from Orlando to Atlanta, then from Atlanta to LA.  We were late getting into LA, we got off the plane at 11:08 and our next flight left at 11:10.  We made it our luggage didn't.  We have to drive back to SLC to pick it up today.  But hey we made it safely and in time to drive back to Springville.  And as a side note I want to thank my parent's neighbor for saving our car.  Someone reported it as abandoned, it was parked in the road outside my parent's house, and called the cops.  The neighbor wrote on the ticket that we were gone to DisneyWorld and that we would be back, so our car didn't get towed, so THANK-YOU neighbor!
